Hay Hill is one of the newest upcoming low density suburbs in Harare where new stunning houses are being developed by individuals.
Land sales are currently in progress by a private developer starting at $60 000. Plot sizes are between 1500 and 2000 metre squares.
The area is off enterprise road, in the same general area with Shawasha hills.
The area already has complete houses, most of them huge. New land is being developed for the second phase.
Harare has some of the best new low density suburbs, most of them funded by Zimbabweans in the Diaspora.
In general, the area has a lot of potential, although it was noted that the road will need to be tr-surfaced.
