A Ugandan lawyer with Maldes Law Firm in Kampala, Raphael Okiot died after a cement mixer truck lost control and rammed into the barriers in the middle of the road before falling onto his Mitsubishi RVR.
The trucks belongs to Seyani Brothers. The incident occurred at Nkumba University traffic lights along the Entebbe – Kampala expressway.
The late Raphael reportedly spent five hours in the car before the concrete mixture could be removed.
