Finance minister, Mthuli Ncube has blamed the large number of NGOs in Binga for ZANU PF ‘s loses in past elections in the area.
Addressing a ZANU PF 2023 campaign strategy meeting, Ncube said there are at least 200 NGOs operating in the area.
Ncube said ZANU PF has neglected the people of Binga, resulting in them turning to the opposition.
He revealed that ZANU PF will win the elections in Binga as they are set to roll out massive development projects in rural areas.
Besides command Agriculture, Ncube said ZANU PF is targeting 1.6 Million families with the Pfumvudza concept where sugar beans and maize will be rotated on an annual basis on a small piece of land.
