United States President Joe Biden has condemned the deadly attack against Israel by the Hamas militant group.
The militant group Hamas over the weekend launched a surprise land, air and sea attack on Israeli civilians, sparking retaliatory airstrikes across the Gaza Strip.
Addressing the media yesterday, Biden described the attack as “an act of sheer evil”.
He stressed U.S. support for Israelis mourning the murder of more than 1,000 people.
At least 14 Americans died in the attack while 20 Americans are believed to be missing.
