CCC leader Nelson Chamisa has fired aspiring legislator Freddy Masarirevu with immediate effect.
In a statement, party spokesperson Fadzayi Mahere said Masarirevu has been expelled for his continued disregard for the leadership.
Masarirevu is CCC legislator Job Sikhala’s family and personal lawyer.
He claimed that he came first position in the candidates selection process for St Mary’s however Chamisa imposed his own candidate.
With immediate effect, Freddy Masarirevu has been expelled from CCC… We advise citizens to ignore all distractions by individuals working to derail the citizens movement in the face of our certain victory in the forthcoming elections.”
