Popular Zimbabwe Billionaire, Kuda Tagwirei, who is a close friend and relative of Mnangagwa, was last night reported to have arrived in Abu Dabhi after he relapsed and collapsed at his home.
Prof Jonathan Moyo initially tweeted that Tagwirei was flown out in Mnangagwa’s private jet to Dubai before updating his tweet to say the jet only had a stop over in Dubai before proceeding to Abu Dhabi.
Moyo originally tweeted that Tagwirei was airlifted with 5 doctors.
The billionaire hosted a new year party that was attended by many high flying Zimbabweans linked to Mnangagwa, some of whom have already died.
Most who attended Tagwirei’s party did not wear masks and the event was considered a superspreader event.
Tagwirei was last week said to have improved, after spending a week on oxygen in the icu of an unnamed private hospital.
However, his condition is said to have deteriorated and he collapsed unexplainably, resulting in the decision by Mnangagwa to fly him out of Zimbabwe for treatment.
