Zimbabwean billionaire, businessman and philanthropist Strive Masiyiwa today celebrates his 60th birthday.
Masiyiwa is the founder and executive chairman of the international technology group Econet Global.
Masiyiwa’s Econet Group has operations and investments in 29 countries in Africa and beyond includes Econet Wireless, Zimbabwe’s leading mobile operator; Liquid Telecom, the pan-African broadband company and its subsidiary Africa Data Centres.
Last month the Netflix board appointed Zimbabwean telecoms billionaire Strive Masiyiwa to its board.
