MDC Alliance Vice Chairman , Job Sikhala, will spend the weekend in the cells after the courts had to close for the curfew before arguments were completed.
Sikhala ‘ s lawyers are arguing that the case as put before the court by prosecutors does not constitute a crime.
The lawyers are arguing that Sikhala should be released as he committed no offense.
Sikhala will be back in court on Monday.
