South African based Malawian prophet Shepherd Bushiri of ECG ministries on Tuesday sent a congratulatory message to Lazarus Chakwera who was sworn in as the new president of Malawi on winning an election rerun.
Bushiri said God’s grace and wisdom will be with Chakwera together with his vice president Saulos Chilima as they lead Malawi.
Chakwera defeated incumbent Peter Mutharika with 58.57% of the vote in Tuesday’s poll.
