MDC-T President Thokozani Khuphe will appeal the judgement handed out this week that stopped her, Mwonzora and the MDC-T from replacing recalled MPs.
This was said by her spokesman, Khaliphani Phugeni during an interview with the SABC.
Phugeni said the appeal will be made to the Supreme Court.
On Harvest House, Phugeni said Harvest House has always been the head office of the MDC and can therefore not belong to MDC Alliance of Nelson Chamisa which was formed recently.
Phugeni covered a wide range of issues, including the peace order obtained by the MDC-T against Nelson Chamisa and his party.
Phugeni said Hwende tried to mobilize 700 Youths to come and cause violence at Harvest House, which is the reason why Mwonzora got the Peace order.
