Douglas Mwonzora explains that the MDC Alliance was dissolved in 2018 because the MDC Alliance did not win the elections.
Mownzora said the MDC Alliance was made up of 7 political parties and entered into a non compete agreement for the 2018 elections.
he said if the Alliance had won the elections, the 7 parties would have formed a coalition government. However, because the parties did not win the elections, the alliance automatically dissolved after the elections.
Mwonzora said the MDC Alliance does not have an office and does not have a constitution and can therefore not claim to be a political party.
