Yesterday a court case between MDC and the Elias Mashavaire pressure group disputing Nelson Chamisa presidency to Thokozani Khupe was heard at the Supreme Court.
The judges deferred the judgement to a later date.
Until then, Nelson Chamisa’s presidency hangs on a thread.
The MDC was represented by Advocate Thabani Mpofu while the opposite was led by Professor Madhuku.
