Zimbabwe Police have inexplicably released the four armed robbed who pounced on a Harare fitness trainer in Southerton, Harare.
The robbery took place last week and was captured by the vehicle’s dashboard camera. Police then announced the arrest of the robbery, who were said to be Zimbabwe soldiers.
Speaking to the media yesterday, Police spokesperson Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi said it is premature for people to say suspects have been arrested as they are still following the leads.
He added that it is work in progress and the arrests are imminent.
