The founder of Sapes Trust think tank and policy dialogue forum Ibbo Mandaza says another ZANU PF victory is expected in the upcoming elections.
In an interview on Newsroom Afrika, Mandaza said President Emmerson Mnangagwa has already rigged the elections.
He noted serious concerns over both the accuracy of the voters roll, and the delimitation of constituencies that favours the ruling party.
The political analyst said: “It’s so clear the process is flawed. The presidential vote is already stolen.”
