Self exiled politician Saviour Kasukuwere’s has vowed to continue fighting after his application of direct access to the Constitutional Court was dismissed.

Kasukuwere was challenging a ruling disqualifying him from contesting the August 23 election as an independent presidential candidate.

“We have noted the judgement and interestingly it opens new avenues for us to appeal the SC judgement and luckily we are still within time. As long as the court rooms are open, it’s game on until the Fat lady sings,” he wrote.

Kasukuwere said the shenanigans at the Ministry of Justice will not deter him from fighting to be on the ballot paper.
