Hopewell Chinono is blaming Nelson Chamisa saying banning of CCC candidates could have been avoided if only the leadership was empowered.
He said this is the problem with centralizing decisions and processes.
He further explained that the nomination court was open on June 10,hence there was no reason to file papers last minute.
Chinono concluded saying the most painful thing is that Mthuli Ncube sails through without contest, all this as a result of not listening.
Chinono went on to say Ostallos must accept that he erred by filing last minute which allowed Harare to deprive people in Bulawayo to have representation.
