High Court judge Justice David Mangota has nullified Savior Kasukuwere’s nomination as a Presidential candidate for the 2023 general elections.

The court argues that he ceased being a registered voter when he was out of the country for more than 18 months.

This follows an application by Lovedale Mangwana to bar Kasukuwere from contesting in the elections.

Kasukuwere had been shortlisted among 11 successful presidential candidates to contest in the upcoming harmonised elections.
