Wicknell Chivayo donates new Toyota Hilux worth US$100-000 to Roman Catholic Church

Controversial businessman Wicknell Chivayo has donated a brand new Toyota Hilux single cab truck worth US$100 000 to the Sacred Heart association at St Gerahds Roman Catholic church, in Harare.

Writing on social media, Chivayo said the gift is his special way of saying thank you to the association for supporting his family during the death of his mother.

“Losing a PARENT is the most painful thing on this planet and they made the burden lighter for us,” he wrote.

Sir Wicknell said he was baptized in the Roman Catholic Church at the age of 8 years. He grew up in the church and became an Altar server at school.

The businessman later joined the Masowe Chishanu at the age of 30years till now.
