Zim Gossip Model Agency founder, Mercy Mushaninga has been arrested in a case involving fraud.
She is expected to appear in court Thursday.
The former model allegedly duped parents over US$10k which was meant to cater for logistics for participants who were scheduled to attend Miss Little Universe, which began on Monday in Dubai.
