Samy Levy’s Village in Borrowdale Brooke, has been put up for sale for US$120 million.
The shopping complex was built by Jewish businessman, Sam Rahamin Levy, in 1990. The family has owned it for 34 years.
The shopping complex has been affected by electricity shortages which has seen as many of its tenants use generators.
