Harare Mayor has rejected Uebert Angel’s money after Uebert Angel offered to buy a stadium in Harare
Jacob Mapfume said it does not make sense that people make money and become billionaires then later want to buy property that belongs to the people.
Mapfume said when they ask favours from business people they want to trade with land or any other valuable thing in the City
He added that officials and councillors should draw a line of not promising business people things that belong to the people.
