Citizens Coalition for Change leader Nelson Chamisa says Chalton Hwende is not the party’s Secretary General.
Writing on Twitter, Chamisa said there are no SG titles in the Citizens movement.
This comes as a shocker because Hwende has been the party SG for a very long time.
