Legendary musician Hosea Chipanga says ZANU PF government has let down the masses.
In an interview with Blessed Dhara, Chipanga said the government is involved on gross human rights abuse.
Chipanga will contest the Dangamvura-Chikanga Constituency in the 26 March by-elections on a Patriotic Zimbabweans Party ticket.
Chipanga said there are a number of problems in the constituency that include poor road network and unavailability of clean water.
