Prosper Kadewere the brother of France based Zimbabwean striker, Tinotenda Kadewere has vowed to deliver the best if voted in.
Kadewere promised to improve the water situation in Highfield where he is set contest for councillor position in the much anticipated by-elections.
The by-elections are set to take place on the 26th of March 2022.
