The United Kingdom Ambassador to Zimbabwe, Ms Melanie Robinson says she held positive talks with the President Emmerson Mnangagwa yesterday.
The President met with the ambassador at state house yesterday afternoon.
The meeting was attended by Foreign Affairs Minister Ambassador Dr Frederick Shava
Ms Melanie Robinson took to social media to confirm that she held constructive talks with the President.
“Welcome the constructive conversation with HE President Ed Mnangagwa ahead of his visit to the UK for the #COP26 World Leaders Summit. We focused on the UK- ZIMBABWE relationship and #Zimbabwe’s important role in tackling climate change,” she tweeted.
