Zimbabweans are commemorating journalist and activist Itai Dzamara’s disappearance demanding answers from Emmerson Mnangangwa the then acting president.

Today marks exactly six years since Dzamara was abducted and his whereabouts remain a mystery.

Dzamara has not been seen since his disappearance on March 9, 2015, days after urging longtime leader Robert Mugabe to resign.

According to Sheffra, Dzamara’s wife, unidentified men outside the barbershop accused her 35-year-old husband of livestock theft, seized him and bundled him into one of their unmarked pick-up trucks before speeding off, six years ago, on March 9, 2015.

Sheffra posted on social media holding a photo of her husband with her two-year-old daughter by her side, demanding justice for his husband.

She said she will not stop demanding for answers as to what happened to her husband.
