Popular Zimbabwe Independent Award winning journalist Hopewell Chinono has accused the cabinet for being incompetent.
In a post on social media the journalist condemned the government for blaming sanctions on the poor pass rate.
“This is what happens when the cabinet is Made Up of Incompetent people”, he said.
He further added that the government is failing to pay teachers because of looting all the resources.
“The cabinet is run by loots a regime that loots all the public funds d fails to pay teachers due to corruption”, he added.
This comes after the Minister of Education blamed the poor passrate on sanctions.
