Confident, MDC-T Extraordinary Congress presidential candidate, Douglas Mwonzora, yesterday called for transformation in the MDC-T.
Mwonzora, who was speaking to journalists in Bulawayo, pledged to unite the party after the extraordinary congress and expressed his respect for his fellow candidates : Dr Khupe and Senators Mudzuri and Komichi.
Senator Mwonzora, said the MDC had been weakened and now needs to go back to its democratic values.
On Bulawayo underdevelopment, Mwonzora said the region was deliberately marginalized since Independence and should be developed.
Mwonzora pledged to work for women ‘s representation which is fair and transparent and a President that is accountable to the party structures.
