Lawyers of Mary Chiwenga have revealed that she is critically ill.
Beatrice Mtetwa told the High court that Mary has been undergoing life saving treatment. Mtetwa told the court that Mubaiwa is walking around with a catheter to drain fluid from her her hands.
Mubaiwa’s trial failed to kick off due to the absence of a prosecutor.
Mtetwa told the court that Mubaiwa’s injuries emanated from the injuries that she sustained at the white city bombing.
Magistrate Murehwanazvo Gota, postponed Mubaiwa’s court case to the 30th of November. She was also remanded to the 30th of November in another case where she is accused of trying to kill General Chiwenga when he was critically ill in South Africa.
