The lawyer of young journalism student, Tawanda Muchehiwa, has spoken out about the involvement of the MDC Alliance Chairlady, Tendai Masotsha.
Advocate Nqobani Sithole, who was the first person at the police station, says there are a lot of grey areas that Masotsha needs to answer to.
He said Masotsha was sitting in the car with the 31 July demonstrations fliers that got Tawanda arrested, but police released her without charge.
She was sitting with the fliers while Tawanda was outside the car. Which made her the person in possession of the fliers.
Sithole said this is suspicious and Masotsha has a lot of explaining to do.
