Harare Magistrate Ngoni Nduna will hand down bail ruling on journalist Hopewell Chin’ono on Monday the 24th of August 2020.
Chinono was arrested last month on charges of inciting public violence and is being held at the Chikurubi Maximum Security Prison.
He remains in custody at least until Monday.
Chin’ono is being represented by Taona Nyamakura after Magistrate Ngoni Nduna banned Mthethwa from representing Chin’ono and ordered that Prosecutor General institute contempt of court proceedings against Mthethwa.
