MDC Alliance National Youth Organising Secretary and ward 4, Masvingo Urban councillor, Godfrey Kurauone was on Monday granted RTGS $ 1000 bail following his arrest fot undermining the authority of Emmerson Mnangagwa.
The Masvingo High Court Judge Justice Neville WaMambo granted Councillor Kuraone bail.
In granting bail, Justice WaMambo said: “Magistrate Mundondo misdirected herself by not granting bail to councillor Kuraone.
Kuraone will be back in Magistrate court on 22 July 2020.
