Zimbabwe People Power Movement Leader, Albert Matapo, says a security situation is developing in Zimbabwe over soldiers salaries.
Matapo says soldiers were being paid a backdated increase over 4 months and the four installments have now finished and this has resulted in lower salaries this month.
Soldiers are unhappy about the new salaries and this has forced senior officers to increase the security levels.
Matapo says there is also a takeover of the Bulawayo Offices by the Khuphe Faction of the MDC and this is another reason why Bulawayo is under lockdown.
