Bulawayo journalist Zenzele Ndebele says senior government officials like Mthuli Ncube are implicated in the Covid gate scandal.
The case has so far implicated prominent people such as Collins Mnangagwa and a close friend of the family Delish Nguwaya.
Various reports say the R17m Covid-19 supplies deal was irregularaand even includes Mnangagwa’s bodyguard.
Mnangagwa’s son Collins is said to be linked to a company that was given a tender of over a million United States Dollars to supply masks and other protective equipment to help in fighting Covid 19.
In a web of Corruption including, ministers of health and also Finance, it is said that the company was given the tender supplying masks which cost US$28 yet the average mask is going for 90c.
