Chief Ndiweni has won the legitimacy case against him and his older brother over his chieftaincy.
Chief Ndiweni had come under fire over assuming the chieftaincy while his older brother was still alive who was supposed to be the rightful heir.
The case was celebrated by the ruling party Zabu Pf which has been strongly criticised by Ndiweni.
Ndiweni is set to continue his official duties today and an official statement is set to be delivered by his family today.
