More than 12 people have died in Cape Town, South Africa after storms swept through the Western Cape.
Damaging winds and heavy rains lashed the province over the weekend, resulting in widespread flooding and severe damage to electrical infrastructure.
The fatalities include three people who were swept away and drowned while nine were electrocuted.
