President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa has left for New York, USA to attend the 78th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (#UNGA78).

The Session is running under the theme, ‘Rebuilding trust and reigniting global solidarity: Accelerating action on the 2030 Agenda and its Sustainable Development Goals towards peace, prosperity, progress and sustainability for all’.

The 78th UN General Assembly is taking place from September 18 to 26.

During UNGA 78, world leaders, including young leaders, will discuss and debate how to confront the global polycrisis, and find strategies to accelerate action on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
