President Emmerson Mnangagwa this morning swore in a commission of enquiry into a matter of local Governance by Harare City Council since 2017.
The commission is established in terms of Section 2(1) of the commission of enquiry Act (Chapter 10:07).
The commission will be chaired by Rtd Justice Maphios Cheda and Permanent Secretary for Local Government and Public Works will be secretary to the commission.
Commissioners to the Commission of Enquiry: Steven Chakaipa, Norbert Phiri, Lucia Gladys Matibenga, Khonzani Ncube.
