Deputy Sports minister Tinomudaishe Machakaire has promised a house to rape convict Bobby Makaza who was released from jail during the presidential amnesty.
Minister Machakaire’s promise comes after Bobby went viral on video in which he praised Mnangagwa for the amnesty and said: “Mnangagwa huchi”
Makaza had previously been sentenced to 16 years in prison for raping a 10-year-old girl in 2018.
Tino also gave the man $700 so that he can start a new life.
