Professor Welshman Ncube has revealed that elections must be a time of sovereign freedom.
He said printed regalias must not be used as a firm of threatening people but a form of identification.
Ncube went on to elaborate that in Zimbabwe everyone is suffering socially , economically and politically.
Hence this time of elections, it’s the right time to free ourselves in all these struggles.
