Self exiled cabinet minister Walter Mzembi slammed President Emmerson Mnangagwa for trying to block Saviour Kasukuwere’s presidential candidancy.
This comes after Kasukuwere successfully filed his nomination papers through his lawyer Jacqueline Sande.
ZANU PF activist, Lovedale Mangwana, filed an application requesting the court to prevent Kasukuwere from running citing that he is no longer a registered voter due to being absent for more than 18 consecutive months
Kasukuwere’s campaign chairman, Mzembi said,”This is the zenith of electoral cowardice and fear of @Hon_Kasukuwere by the President of Zim @edmnangagwa. If you cant manage internal party divisions and diversity and you resort to expulsions you reap rebellion and dissent . You had 6 years to fix this”
