South African President, Cyril Ramaphosa’s security personnel and their weapons are stuck on the runway in Warsaw, at the Chopin Airport after they were denied access to travel to Ukraine.
This comes after Poland refused to accept the permits that are being carried by the security officers.
The security officers were meant to accompany Ramaphosa during his trip to Russia and Ukraine.
Polish authorities have threatened to confiscate the weapons and equipment meant to protect the President during the Africa Peace Mission to the two warring countries.
