Marry Mubaiwa has been freed on charges of assaulting her maid by Harare magistrate Mrs Learnmore Mapiye today.
Mubaiwa was accused of assaulting her former house maid, Delight Munyoro in 2020 when she visited the school where her children were enrolled intending to see her kids resulting to the insult.
Mubaiwa and her lawyer Mrs Mtetwa had applied for discharge arguing that its evidence was unreliable as witnesses who testified had many versions of what transpired.
