Zimbabwe will soon have a new service mobile provider after authorities recently licensed a mobile virtual operator Dolphins communications.
It was established in 2013 in Dubai. It specializes in Capacity wholesale and Internet Bandwidth for Carriers, ISPs and Enterprise customers.
Dolphin aims in extending global reach, high quality connectivity and unsurpassed levels of reliability and uptime.
