The government has introduced the new method of paying the 13th cheque which may result to some civil servants not getting their annual bonus this year.
Under the new payment structure, only deserving workers will receive their anual bonus after performance appraisal exercise.
“The public seervice commission has issued out a circular notifying of the changed method of payment of bonuses and other payment related awards in the civil servants” Â CITE quoted.
