BulawayoDeputy mayor councillor Mlandu Ncube is appealing for help to assist the homeless people who were left stranded after fire distroyed their flat in Bulawayo.
They received grocery and clothes sourced by Deputy Mayor Councillor Ncube today.
The fire erupted at the Ringhood flat at corner second avenue and George Silundika street.
