Justice Mayor Wadyajena has filed an application demanding his charges on fraud and money laundering saying there was no company linking him and his company to the offenses.
Wadyajena added that Cottco did not raise any complaints about him and his company.
Wadyajena legal team argued that there is no link that connects Wadyajena and his company to fraud.
