Dr Thokozani Khuphe has been arrested by police in Plumtree while campaigning for Chamisa.
The message was transmitted to Media houses by Ntando Ndlovu, Dr Khupe’ spokesman.
The whole group has been detained by police in Plumtree.
The group was campaigning for the Bulilima by elections which are due to be held this weekend.
Ephraim Moyo will be contesting for the position of councilor in Ward 14, Bulilima, representing CCC.
