ZANU PF youth member, Sybeth Musengezi has lodged an urgent chamber application to stop the ZANU PF congress.
ZANU-PF is set to hold its elective congress in Harare from 26-29 October this year.
In 2021 Sybeth Musengezi went to the courts to challenge Mnangagwa’s ascendency to power after a coup in 2017.
