Marry Mubaiwa’s lawyer Beatrice Mthethwa broke down into tears yesterday over the mistreatment of her client.
This comes after Mary failed to attend court proceedings on Friday despite being at the courts as she was too ill to leave her vehicle.
The presiding magistrate issued her with an arrest warrant which made Mthethwa to shed tears.
Mthethwa said Marry is very ill. She is failing to take herself to the toilet instead she is messing her clothes thus the treatment she is getting is unfair.
Furious Mthethwa said the Justice system in the country is not fair.
